Membership Commitment Policy

Effective immediately, any member who joins and cancels their membership within the first month OR is removed due to breaking rules such as breaking commitment mentioned in commitment letter that was uploaded or any abusive language/behaviour will be subject to a total fee of three (3) payments

This policy is in place to compensate for the lost income of the provider and to ensure that valuable resources are allocated to committed members who can fully benefit from them.
